If you wish to rent out your property, Christophe Real Estate is ready to support you every step of the way through the rental process.

In agreement with the owner, we determine a rental price and, if desired, also gather the necessary documents.
After publishing the required advertisements, we arrange property viewings with prospective tenants and assist you in selecting the most suitable candidate. The tenant selection, drafting of the rental agreement, and its registration are also included in our services.

Of course, we remain at your disposal even after the property is rented!
